How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £35.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter for updates.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! Simply return your item and place a new order for the size you need. We'll refund your original order once received.

What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes XS–XXXL across our range. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.

How should I care for my VYRENA pieces?
Machine wash at 30°C, inside out. Do not tumble dry or iron. Avoid fabric softener to maintain performance properties.
