We want you to love your VYRENA order. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item that is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

How to Return

To start a return, email us at onevision1goal@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at onevision1goal@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.

UK Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (cooling-off period) without giving a reason.
